Surgery is done & now is healing process!

Would like to thanks some of you in the other side of the monitor…

• God for listening to all prayers before, during and after surgery.

• Brucutu, Aaron and all my students that kept backing me up all the way over in Malaysia. You know who are you, right?!
• My doc for the great job done on my knee.
• Coach Itallo Vilardo that keep helping me with my conditioning and now my faster recover – He d man!

• All BJJ/MMA community for the best wishes and support given.

Now is time to get back in shape and be ready again!
