In this video he presents an easy and effective way to stay active without any equipment.

This Jiu-Jitsu workout can be done anytime and anywhere. 

This specific workout's is a 30/30" format but feel free to adapt to your own reality. 

In case you don't practice BJJ, it's ok to replace exercises as well.
