Hi Everyone, we really hope you and family are in great health and safe during this quarantine.

The lockdown was recently extended this week until April 30th.

We, more than anyone, know how difficult is to not have our daily dose of Jiu-Jitsu.

Thinking about it we are working on many different ways to help our community to stay health and motivated.

Our primary goal is to help everyone staying active and exercising regardless the intensity or the amount of calories being burned.
